AMTUL SUJNI — Order Cancellation Policy

Because AMTUL SUJNI products are handmade and many products are produced specifically according to customer requirements, cancellation rights depend on the stage of the order.

1. Standard Retail Orders

A customer may request cancellation before the order enters processing or production. (within 24 hour)

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. The customer may instead request a return where the order qualifies under the AMTUL SUJNI Return & Refund Policy.

2. Customized Orders

Customized products are produced according to the customer's specifications, including requirements such as:

• Size
• Colour
• Sujni design
• Fabric
• Thread
• Measurements
• Product style
• Embroidery
• Packaging
• Private-label requirements

Once production of a customized order has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled or refunded, except where required by applicable law or where AMTUL SUJNI agrees otherwise in writing.

3. Wholesale & Export Orders

Wholesale and export orders may involve purchasing raw materials, allocating artisans, reserving production capacity and preparing export documentation.

Therefore, cancellation after production or procurement has started may result in charges or forfeiture of amounts already paid.

The cancellation terms for a wholesale/export order will be governed by the applicable:

• Quotation
• Proforma Invoice
• Purchase Order
• Sales Contract
• Commercial Invoice

4. Cancellation by AMTUL SUJNI

AMTUL SUJNI reserves the right to cancel an order where:

• The product is unexpectedly unavailable.
• The requested customization cannot reasonably be produced.
• The shipping destination cannot legally or commercially be served.
• Payment cannot be verified.
• There is a suspected fraudulent transaction.
• A significant pricing or product-description error has occurred.

Where AMTUL SUJNI cancels an order after receiving payment, the eligible amount will normally be refunded to the customer.
