Prices may differ according to:

  • Product size
  • Material
  • Customization
  • Quantity
  • Packaging
  • Production requirements

Once the buyer accepts the quotation and production begins, cancellation may be restricted.

5. USA Orders

For shipments to the United States, the buyer/importer is responsible for applicable U.S. import requirements, duties, taxes, customs clearance and any other destination-country obligations unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.

The buyer should confirm the applicable tariff classification and import requirements for the particular product before placing a commercial order.

AMTUL SUJNI may provide commercially available documents such as:

For shipments to the United Kingdom, the buyer/importer is responsible for applicable import requirements, customs clearance, duties, taxes and other destination-country obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

UK textile products generally require appropriate fibre-content labelling.

Where AMTUL SUJNI supplies products for the UK market, the buyer should communicate any required labelling, packaging or compliance specifications before production.

7. EU Orders

For shipments to the European Union, the buyer/importer is responsible for applicable import requirements, customs clearance, duties, VAT and other destination-country obligations unless otherwise agreed.

EU textile products are subject to fibre-composition labelling requirements. The composition generally needs to be shown using permitted fibre names and, for multi-fibre products, the constituent fibres and percentages in descending order. EU requirements can also require the relevant official language(s) of the market where the product is sold.

International buyers are responsible for communicating destination-market requirements to AMTUL SUJNI before production.

8. Importer of Record

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the international buyer or its designated importer/customs representative is responsible for acting as the importer of record and complying with applicable destination-country import laws.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information required for customs clearance.

9. Customs Classification

Product classification for customs purposes depends on the actual product, material, construction, intended use and destination-country rules.

AMTUL SUJNI may provide product descriptions and available documentation, but the buyer/importer should confirm the appropriate customs classification with its customs broker or relevant authority.

10. Duties & Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the buyer is responsible for:

  • Import duty
